The SPC Good Friday Tenebrae Service

Sligo Presbyterian Church hosted a Tenebrae Service on Good Friday, March 29, beginning at 7:00 p.m. Through music and readings, we focused on the passion and the crucifixion of our Lord Jesus Christ. Below is a recording of the service and a copy of the bulletin.

The SPC Community Maundy Thursday Love Feast

On March 28, Sligo Presbyterian Church celebrated  Maundy Thursday by sharing a Love Feast. The service began at 6:00 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. After a simple meal, we shared the sacrament of Holy Communion. On Maundy Thursday we remember Jesus’ last supper. We thank SPC Worship Team for organizing the service. The Annual SPC Palm Sunday Breakfast

Immediately after the worship service, the members and friends of Sligo Presbyterian Church gathered for our annual Palm Sunday Breakfast. We appreciate the SPC Board of Deacons for sponsoring the meal and all those who brought food to share. Below are some pictures from the event.

On Saturday, March 23, Sligo Presbyterian Church held an Easter Egg Hunt for the children of our community. We thank the SPC Outreach & Evangelism Team for organizing the event and all those who donated their time, talent and candy. Below are some pictures of the hunt.
