Sligo Presbyterian Church celebrated the birthdays of our members and friends on Saturday, February 28. People sat at tables representing their birthday month. After a meal of pulled pork, baked beans and some other sides, prepared by Mike and Melody Troup, birth-month teams played a birthday-related memory game and Pictionary. The evening was capped off with home-made milk shakes. Some pictures of the event are below. We thank our Outreach Team for organizing the event and our Kindness Kids for decorating the tables.
In this blog, we'll focus on the working being done at Sligo Presbyterian Church, Sligo, Pennsylvania. We'll also look at what's happening in Sligo, Rimersburg, Clarion, and all the other communities served by our congregation.
